Agent Vi innoVi Integration Manual

Preface

The FLIR - Agent Vi module integrates Agent Vi’s innoVi video analytics system with the FLIR Latitude NVMS. The integration provides on screen display of real-time and recorded analytics metadata and triggers VMS events and alarms, based on analytic rule violations generated by the Agent Vi server.

Using AdminCenter, users can add an Agent Vi system representation in Latitude, configure its connection settings and define the VMS behavior, as analytics events stream in from Agent Vi.

Metadata events originating from Agent Vi innoVi Edges are presented as OSD objects over the original video and are recorded together with the video stream, allowing for a dual display during playback of recorded video.

Video analytics alarms, received by Latitude, are tagged, archived, and bookmarked. Through ControlCenter, the user can monitor the alarms, query, and retrieve the recorded video of the incidents.

This document outlines the way to configure Latitude to allow for this link between the two systems.
